R. Monica Hennessy
R. Monica Hennessy serves as of counsel for Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP, in its Cherry Hill office. She concentrates her practice in the representation of employers, both large and small, in all phases of labor and employment matters including litigation, drafting, enforcing, and training on company policies, advising on statutory compliance and avoiding litigation through appropriate employee discipline, and conducting internal harassment, discrimination, and retaliation investigations. She also works as a mediator, resolving disputes both locally and nationally.
